All of our products are Mino ware, made in Japan.
For over 60 years, we have consistently emphasized producing products that are entirely made in Japan. We aim to continue delivering Japan’s sense of safety and security through Mino ware and ceramics to everyone.
The Difference Between Porcelain and Pottery
Pottery
Material： Clay
Body colour： Brown・Ocher・Black etc
Firing tempreture：About1000～1280℃
Water absorption： Yes
Translucency： No
Durability： Low-hardness but resistant to impact
（Due to the lower firing temperature, fine cavities remain within the pottery. These cavities absorb impact ）
Texture：The warmth and simplicity of the clay can be felt.
購入後は水やぬるま湯に半日ほど浸すと、貫入や土成分が吸水し、調理時に油や臭いが浸み込みにくくなります。
使用前にも、毎回ぬるま湯にくぐらせるとシミが付きにくいです。
吸水性が高い分、電子レンジの使用で多少膨張しますが、普段使い用の製品なら使用できます。
食洗機やオーブンに関してご使用上の注意をご確認ください。

Translucency：Yes
Durability：high-hardness and resistant to scratches but fragile
Texture：Due to its high glass content, it is smooth and hard.
使い始めはほこりを取るため、ぬるま湯で洗いましょう。
使用後洗う際は中性洗剤とやわらかめのスポンジを使います。
陶器よりもじょうぶですが、薄いため、部分的な衝撃を受けると欠けてしまいます。
電子レンジの使用も通常は問題ありませんが、金や銀の絵柄は扱いに注意が必要です。電子レンジ対応可否をご確認の上ご使用ください。
